To access your SvgSquad previously purchased Designs, simply log in to your account and click “Downloads”.
Absolutely. Logging in to your SvgSquad account and clicking “Downloads” will allow you to access the purchased designs. You can download any item as many times as you wish.
Your SvgSqaud account stores all designs you have purchased, even bundles and freebies. Log in to your account and click on “My Account” > Orders. You can view order history and download any purchased items.
To make a purchase on SvgSquad you must create an account. You can create an account if you’re a new customer during the checkout process.
We are so confident with our products, we offer a 30-day guarantee. We will refund your purchase price if our products do not work, are corrupted, or missing from the download.
You must give us enough time to resolve the issue as part of our refund policy. Most issues can be resolved in 1-7 days. If we are unable to resolve the issue within 1-7 working days, we will refund your entire purchase.
You can continue your purchase and download files if you are satisfied with them. Please test your products for satisfaction during the 30-day period. We are still available to help with any issues with our unlimited support policy, but cannot issue a refund.

Editing SVG files for printables in Cricut DesignSpace is easy. This can be done with SVG Files available in Cricut Access or files you upload to your design area dashboard. The Cricut Machine’s best feature is its ability to print and cut.
While there isn’t an official SvgSquad app, you can access www.svgsquad.com on any of your devices.
You can open the purchases from Svgsquad on a variety of programs such as: cutting machine software; including, but not limited to, Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio Designer Edition, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
Yes! Just open an Internet browser and go to www.svgsquad.com
On a Microsoft WINDOWS PC:
• Make right click on file
• Select Extract All
• Select the location you would like the file to be placed
• Select OK
• The file is now ready to use.
On an APPLE MAC computer:
• Just double click on the zipped folder.
On an IPHONE or IPAD:
• Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file you want to uncompress.
• Tap the ZIP file.
• A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename.
• Tap to open the folder.
On an ANDROID:
• Open Files by Google Files Go.
• On the bottom, tap Browse.
• Navigate to the folder that contains a .zip file. Select the .zip file.
• A pop up appears. Tap Extract.
• You’re shown a preview of the extracted files.
• Tap Done.
1-Wait and Refresh Interface.
2-Resign in.
3- Pause and Resume Google Drive.
4-Run Google Backup App as Administrator.
5-Clear Browser Cache and Cookies.
6- Use Incognito Mode.
